HR Concepts operates as a bureau and has provided payroll services since 1999. We control payrolls for small to medium enterprises employing from one to one thousand employees on an outsourced basis. Having a broad client base involved in diverse industries, we have extensive experence to draw from.

We operate exclusively on VIP, which is currently the most comprehensive payroll package in Southern Africa. The VIP payroll system allows us to generate professional payslip formats and reports from which management can accurately monitor, assess and analyze the payroll. The system also has a general ledger interface facility and the ability to create ASCII files for electronic salary transfers. There are also many features including leave monitoring and data extraction via ODBC into various formats like Excel.

• 1) Needs analysis in terms of correct Human Resources

• 2) Creation of all new and maintenance of existing payroll records

• 3) Year to date take-on figures ensuring one correct IRP5 run and electronic submission to SARS at the tax year end

• 4) Creation of communication channels and procedures to ensure timeous and accurate HR reporting

• 5) Recording and updating of loan balances

• 6) Updating leave records and supplying detailed reports

• 7) Pay slips for all employees for each pay run

• 8) Creation of data disc for EFT on pay date and/or coinage analysis fo cash         payments

• 9) Monthly electronic data submission to UIF

• 10) Completion and submission of returns statutory payments monthly via efiling (optional)

• 11) IRP5 run at the end of each tax year including data disc for SARS and printed IRP5/IT3 certificates for all employees on the payroll

• 12) Tax year end reconciliation to accompany the IRP5 disc (this is only possible if we do submissions and returns as per point 10)
